How does booking work?

It is super simple! Once you send an inquiry, we will contact you with some different package options. Once you decide on a package and verbally confirm booking, we will write up a contract and ask for a deposit. That’s it! Once we receive your deposit, you are 100% booked with us! ❥

How does payment work?

We are very flexible when it comes to deposits/payments — as we understand everyone is at a different spot financially, especially when planning a wedding. We ask for your choice of a: 15% or 25% deposit. We ask for the remaining balance the day-of your wedding. If adjustments need to be made to this format to better fit your needs, we are happy to chat about it and try to make something work!

What is your turnaround time?

The amount of time it takes for us to deliver full wedding galleries and films varies, so we do not guarantee a certain time frame. As an estimate, we try to deliver wedding photo galleries within 4-6 weeks and wedding films within 10-16 weeks. It truly varies from wedding to wedding. Please note that videos take much longer to edit.

do you offer raw photos or videos?

We do not offer raw photos. For video, you have the option to add-on certain raw footage to your package if you wish to do so. This includes raw footage of: ceremony, first looks, first dances, speeches, vows/letter-reading, etc.

do you travel?

Yes!! We are based in PA, but LOVE to travel! Most of our weddings come from PA, NJ, NY, OH, and MD — but we are happy to travel wherever your love story is! ♡
